KENTUCKY COMPANIES INVITED TO EXHIBIT AT ENVIRO-PRO 2005 IN MEXICO CITY
Frankfort, Ky. -- The Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development's International Trade Division, in conjunction with its Kentucky Agricultural and Commercial Trade Office (KATCO) in Guadalajara, Mexico are inviting Kentucky companies to exhibit in the KATCO booth during Enviro-Pro 2005 in Mexico City October 12-14, 2005.
Enviro-Pro 2005 is designed to introduce companies to the buyers of environmental products and services in Mexico. All major government environmental agencies and 5,000 industrialists of the sector will be present at this event, which will take place in conjunction with the 13th International Environment Congress of CONIECO (Consejo Nacional de Industriales Ecologistas/National Council of Ecology Industrialists).
Last year's event showcased more than 140 exhibitors, representing 70 international companies, 70 national companies and more than 170 brands. By exhibiting under the Kentucky umbrella, companies will have the opportunity to participate in this international event at a reduced cost and also receive assistance from the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development's International Trade Division.
In order to ensure quality and effective interaction between Kentucky companies and other companies in the environmental sector, the Kentucky Agricultural and Commercial Trade Office, in conjunction with the U.S. Commercial Service in Mexico City will be conducting firm-to-firm matchmaking for participants
To learn more about this unique opportunity and find out how your company can expand its international presence, please contact the Cabinet's International Trade Division at 502-564-7140 or email Stephanie.Wheeler@ky.gov.
