MEETING NOTICE

Frankfort, Ky. (November 29th, 2004) - Listed below are the upcoming meetings involving the Cabinet for Economic Development:

• The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) will meet on Thursday, December 2, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the ground floor auditorium of the Capital Plaza Tower, 500 Mero Street, Frankfort, Kentucky.
  
  
• The Bluegrass State Skills Corporation (BSSC) Board of Directors will meet on Friday, December 3, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Victorian Room at deSha’s Restaurant, 101 North Broadway, Lexington, Kentucky.
  
  
• The Kentucky Economic Development Partnership Board will meet on Friday, December 17, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Conference Room of the National Guard Association of Kentucky, 1111 Louisville Road, Frankfort, Kentucky.

The Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development is the primary state agency in Kentucky responsible for creating new jobs and new investment in the state. New business investment in Kentucky in 2003 totaled more than $1.56 billion with the creation of just over 13,800 new jobs.
