SPECIAL KEDFA BOARD MEETING

Frankfort, Ky.(November 17, 2004) - The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) will hold a Special Video Conference Meeting on Thursday, November 18, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The KEDFA Board will meet and discuss a proposed KIRA project, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC.
