BULLITT COUNTY WELCOMES DISTRIBUTION FACILITY AND 85 NEW JOBS

FRANKFORT, KY, September 15, 2003 - Governor Paul E. Patton and Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Gene Strong announced today that AEC One Stop Group will lease a 168,000 square foot warehousing and distribution facility in Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky. As a result, AEC One Stop Group, a division of Alliance Entertainment Corp., will provide 85 new jobs to Bullitt County. The new facility will commence operations in December 2003.

"We are pleased that AEC One Stop Group has chosen Kentucky for its new distribution center," stated Governor Patton. "Their business is important to us and having them here means a great deal to this community and the Commonwealth."

Alliance Entertainment Corp. (AEC) is one of the nation's largest home entertainment product distribution, fulfillment, and infrastructure companies providing both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce home entertainment retailers with complete business-to-business solutions. Alliance offers an extensive product inventory including CDs, cassettes, videos, DVDs, video games and related accessories and merchandise. Alliance's core customers are major independent and chain retailers across the country including both traditional and Internet retailers. Established in 1990, Alliance is headquartered in Coral Springs, Florida.

Peter Blei, Chief Operating Officer, Distribution & Fulfillment Services Group said: "Bullitt County is centrally located for our distribution business with favorable freight services and easy accessibility to Louisville. We are pleased to partner with the state of Kentucky, Bullitt County and the city of Shepherdsville in creating new jobs for the community as well as creating a new distribution hub for our fulfillment business.
