Holland Spade
Executive Director, Office of Legal Services
The Office of Legal Services handles all legal issues for the Cabinet, including, but not limited to, drafting and review of incentive agreements, contracts and other legal documents, oversight of outside counsel with regard to litigation matters, review and drafting of relevant legislation, as well as other general legal analysis of programmatic and internal administrative issues.

George Burgess

Provides Cabinet-wide services in areas of fiscal management, budgetary implementation, information technology, and personnel support. Services are provided through three divisions, the Division of Finance and Personnel, Division of Network Administration & Support, and Division of Database & Systems Development.

Responsible for encouraging economic development, business expansion and job creation by providing financial support for business and industry through an array of financial assistance and tax credit programs.
