Development specialists work exclusively in assigned territories which allows them to become familiar with area businesses, communities and local leaders, and to offer the following assistance.

• Ongoing statewide industry visitation program
• Access to financial and loan incentive programs for job creation and expansion activities
• Identification of concerns that may inhibit growth of a company such as infrastructure, environmental, labor, transportation or regulatory issues.
